Bog Hog Mud Motors warrants only to the original retail purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of the first retail purchase.

Bog Hog Mud Motors makes no warranties or representations with respect to repairs performed by anyone other than Bog Hog Mud Motors or with respect to the engine, which is separately warranted by their respective manufacturer. Routine adjustments or normal wear and maintenance items such as lubricants, bearings, propeller, etc. are not covered by this warranty.

Conditions which will void warranty:

1. The speed of the unit is increased beyond factory specifications or the product is modified in any way which would adversely affect its safety or performance;
2. The unit is not maintained or serviced in accordance with Bog Hog Mud Motors recommendations;
3. The unit is neglected or undermaintained, abused, or is not used in its intended manner.

Bog Hog Mud Motors will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product or any defective parts and cover the cost of labor associated with such repair or replacement. Transportation costs are not covered by this warranty.

Bog Hog Mud Motors further disclaims any liability for incidental, direct or consequential damages, to include but not limited to, personal injury or property damage, arising from a breach of this warranty or any other defect or failure of the product to the extent allowed by law.

This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, implied or express, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No agent, employee or representative of Bog Hog Mud Motors, or any other person has any authority to bind Bog Hog Mud Motors to any other affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning the goods sold under this warranty.
