Do you want to combine our Long Tail Frame with your engine, and save hundreds of dollars? With the U-Build-It Kit, you can do just that. The Kit comes completely assembled, welded and painted, ready for you to bolt on your engine. The U-Build-It Kit will accommodate a range of horse power depending on your choice of engine: Briggs-Stratton VanGuard V-Twin, Honda, Kohler Command & CS series.
The engine is coupled to the propeller shaft using SAE standard U-joint, we supply the prop shaft side, customer supplies engine side. Operator presence switch is normally part of the engine, and not part of the kits. The kit offers the standard transom mount or optional spin into boat mount. The owner can trim his motor with our adjustable cavitation plate and multiple pivot point location. The skeg has an integral weed cutter to insure weed free operation.
Our kits have always included the rugged Bog Hog prop, made from tough 304 stainless steel with extra thick blades, and cupped trailing edge, for best performance in mud, weeds and swap bottom.
